I wanted to help.
I've talked to a lot of local business owners who either don't have a website at all, or got quoted a few thousand dollars for a handful of pages, then locked into a monthly hosting fee on top of that.
Here's the thing: I can build and launch a site efficiently, and modern hosting is simple enough that it doesn't have to cost anything. When I saw the gap between what a site like that actually costs to build and what businesses were being charged for one, I wanted to close it, not by cutting corners, but by cutting the markup.
I'm not a big agency, just one person who wants to help small businesses get online the right way. Once the work is done, the site and everything on it belongs to you, no recurring fees. I'll even teach you the basics so you're comfortable making small changes yourself if needed.
How it works
Discovery & Mockups
We start with a quick call or a short form, whichever's easier, so I can learn the basics about your business. From there, I'll put together 1 to 3 visual mockups for you to react to, so you can pick your favorite direction and provide some initial feedback.
Assets & Refinement
Once we choose a direction, you send over your photos, logos, and colors, and I build them into a working staging site. We review it together, and I make precise adjustments based on your feedback.
Copywriting
A website is only as good as its words. We work hand-in-hand to write, edit, and polish everything on your site, so it sounds like your business and actually speaks to your audience.
Deployment & Handoff
On our final call, we get all your accounts and infrastructure set up and your domain purchased. I publish the site, walk you through the basics, and hand over the keys. From there, it's entirely yours.

Most small business websites I build start between $750 and $1,250, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Every site is custom, polished, mobile-friendly, and fully owned by you. The price changes based on scope, not quality.
No monthly fees, no retainers, ever. Once your site is live, you own the site, the domain, and every account tied to it.

CMS setup is available and priced by scope. Most small businesses do not need one, but if you want to edit content yourself, I can build that in.
Future updates
Small future updates start at $15 for small copy changes. Larger edits, new sections, new pages, or structural changes are quoted based on scope.
Revisions
Revisions are included during the build phase. I keep working with you until the site feels right.
